Making Space For Self Pity

We are told how it’s not good to ask “Why” when something happens in our life that’s tragic or hard.

We are often expecting ourselves to just get it together and find out how these things that happen in our lives are supposed to be good for us.

We don’t allow space to the asking of “why”…. SHAME FREE.

We might ask why, but feel self judgement or shame for doing it.

What if it’s ok, what if there is nothing wrong with thinking and feeling this?

Today I offer an idea that has helped me move forward when I find myself asking, “Why me”.

If you are ready to move forward in your life then book your free session with me today and let’s chat. I’d love to see how I can help!
