We often look at self care as a to do list- things we have to do to care for ourselves.
Our brain likes to then point out to us all the things we are not doing to care for ourselves.
In fact, most of us are focused on all the things we have yet to accomplish at in any area of our lives. But constantly staring at a long to-do list can take a toll on your emotional well-being.
Today I want to offer you the idea of how important it is to first recognize and appreciate all that YOU HAVE ALREADY accomplished and how this is not only self care but how you learn to trust yourself again.
