The word GRIEF alone creates some negative emotions, let alone actually experiencing all the emotions that are apart of the grief cycle.
It’s something that we all as humans try to avoid at every cost! Some of you may not even realize you are avoiding or resisting it!
Today I want to offer you some thoughts about why we fear it, and how to move through it.
When we avoid this, we get stuck and it leads to so many other experiences that can build up and build up to where. now we are suffering unnecessarily.
We don’t need to suffer when we can trust our bodies to do what they were created to do.
Grieve.
